When people tell me that adoption has changed since the BSE, I always have to wonder exactly how it has changed. After all, yes, we weren't shipped off to unwed mother's homes - but we were, in a lot of cases, taken out of our schools and put in the schools for unwed mothers - away from all the normal teenagers that don't get pregnant.
